[HSI] Provision my modem correctly?

Charter came today and hooked cable up. Paying for 10 Mbit, but modem says it is provisioned for this:

Maximum Downstream Data Rate : 5048000
Maximum Upstream Data Rate : 512000

Any Charter tech here who could take a look at provisioning it correctly for me please?
