@cgocable.net | Cogeco Internet Speed Question
Hi, I have the "Standard Plan" but my maximum download speed is 513Kbps and my maximum upload speed is 90Kbps, over the last 4 years. Is this normal? Shouldn't I be getting 1Mbps downloading like everyone else? |

Yes I use cable TV and I am having problems with it like offline channels , skipping audio, TMNOD times out alot when connecting or watching a movie.
My modem is a Samsung InfoRanger SCM-100R. |

| reply to darkmage If TV channels are dropping out, you may have a signal problem, in which case you should book a service call.
The fact that you have an InfoRanger modem still is why you are not able to get any higher speed downloading. If you trade it in for a newer modem, you should get better speed. |
