<description><![CDATA[<A HREF="/useremail/u/1475620"><b>darkmage87</b></A> : I made some errors in my 1 post so I'm reposting it in here with the correct info.<br><br>Hi, I have the "Standard Plan" but my maximum download speed is 513KB/s and my maximum upload speed is 90KB/s, over the last 4 years.<br>Is this normal?<br>Shouldn't I be getting 1MB/s downloading like everyone else?<br><br>Yes I use cable TV and I am having problems with it like offline channels , skipping audio, TMNOD times out alot when connecting or watching a movie.<br><br>My modem is a Samsung InfoRanger SCM-100R.]]></description>
