I made some errors in my 1 post so I'm reposting it in here with the correct info.

Hi, I have the "Standard Plan" but my maximum download speed is 513KB/s and my maximum upload speed is 90KB/s, over the last 4 years.
Is this normal?
Shouldn't I be getting 1MB/s downloading like everyone else?

Yes I use cable TV and I am having problems with it like offline channels , skipping audio, TMNOD times out alot when connecting or watching a movie.

My modem is a Samsung InfoRanger SCM-100R.
