I try to stay proactive in keeping newer hardware(less chance of being down). My current AC211 is about 4+ years old and I am sure at the end of its life. My current AC211 is not their device. They are only providing service which I pay them for.
If Teleblend is not interested in keeping my business then I will begin my search to port my phone numbers over and dump the service. |

The issue is not whether or not TB wants to keep your business, from their perspective. TB has a (relatively) long-standing policy of not allowing BYOD and not permitting access to their own ATAs. Other VoIP providers have the same policy. It's simply a part of their Business Plan. So, respectfully, you can complain all you want, but TB is going to stick by its guns --- so start looking now. |

| nothing with them is long standing; they haven't been in business not even a year. As for business plan I seriously doubt they even have a business plan, they still are not accepting new customers. If they do have a plan it may go something like lets see how long it takes us to lose our customers.
