Re: Sounds to me... Earthlink has been a zombie wandering the back woods of the Internet for well over a year now. They are furiously trying to prop up the corpse and walk it around to distract the shareholders from that funny smell.
Philly should just tell them to go pound sand. As mentioned elsewhere they've got much bigger issues to attend to than a failed muni WiFi project. If it is worth anything Earthlink should be able to find a buyer even at 10 cents on the dollar.
