Originating traffic with Source Routing info from WXP PC

Hi all.
Is there a way for a Windows XP PC to send its traffic with the Source Routing options activated, that means to add the necessary information in the packets to be routed according the Source Routing mechanism by routers ahead?
I understand that option is easily attainable for certain ICMP packets involved in Ping command with -j and -k optión, but what I need is send all the traffic using the Source Routing mechanism to force the packets to be routed along specific path, 2 or 3 hops ahead, based on source IP.
Note I'm not meaning a PC routing incoming traffic, but generating its own traffic.
Thank you very much.
