Re: Philly has bigger problems.... Hell I think you got it ass backwards. Muni Wifi can help jumpstart Philly's economy and that of all other midwestern cities who are economically depressed. Just think of it. Drug dealers can plan their sales virtually before hitting the pavement. Gang members can post their beatings and shootings on youtube. The list goes on and on as to why philly and all other cities should piss away cash. What troubles? As long as the crackheads, gangbangers, etc got internet, all is happy right? |
