| 3GB cap in South Africa Hello all, this scares me. We have seen this in South Africa, where I'm from. Telkom - used to be our only Telco, now have a second, Neotel - currently imposes a 3GB / month hard cap on users. 3GB! You burn through that in no time, and with overage fees that amount to a lot of money. Not only that they have an ADSL fee (just for the privilege of having an ADSL line) of about $30 / month on top of ISP fees. In total it works you out to around $100 / month for 3GB cap at 512K! I'd be worried. This is not the way to move forward. |
