I have my own stack at home for labs.

I think the CCIE is a great idea for anyone serious. I firmly believe that if you have a CCIE and you cannot find work you should probably go clean toilets for a janitorial service. There is no excuse for a CCIE certified individual NOT working as a highly paid engineer or professional.
