Oh i wanted to get 3mbps but they said i live to far for it  but yeah it is the CO i tried 3 modems to make sure it wasn't on my end and also 3 computer to prove them wrong when they said it was my computer when i called up tech support haha |

| Try Verizon Direct. Post your stats there and have them change the sync (don't mention the line having high latency or slow speeds yet, only ask for a change from 1.5Mbps to 3Mbps). Also, if they do change your speed and there is still a problem, ask Verizon Direct to fix that after you get 3Mbps. Be sure to give them speed tests and trace routes. |
