All came in over 40M down and close to 2 up as you can see on the speed test page. I have been getting 60M+ on the bex.net speed test.

I don't know what the official stance is regarding our DOCSIS 3.0 deployments, so I'm not going to elaborate beyond saying that some employees already have connections at home which make the 12 Mbps tier look paltry in comparison...
