How soon til it is done? Your guess is as good as mine....
A 1GHz plant is NOT going to put more than 38mbps downstream BW on a node! that won't happen til D3 and don't hold your breath waiting for that in a "havenot" state.

If you read it, I said part of EON is Node Splits.... Nothing about increased bandwith
