| [DISH] Where did my Discovery HD go?
Yesterday, I had Discovery HD on channel 182 (I had two 182's, normal and HD). Today I only see a single 182 and it is not the HD one. Channel 9487 (The actual location of Discovery HD) shows up as red, and I can't select it (This is a subscription channel which has not been purchased). What is going on?
(I'm not talking about Disocvery HD Theater, channel 9421 either, I still get that just fine) |

| Try rebooting the receiver, and if you still have the issue, call Dish customer service.

| reply to Ark Yeah, I had to call in and they just did something in a minute or two, and it was fixed. I think it was a problem with an update that was pushed out to the receivers recently. I have the Top 100 + HD + DVR (ViP622) and I noticed some changes today as well like an option to have the Guide button bring up a menu with a list of your favorites instead of cycling through them one by one with each press. |

| Yeah and if you are talkiing witnin 24 of post I was seeing even CNN you card is not approved for intermittent noticed I had to not reboot but turn off and on to get working again... so yeah might have well been a not well enough tested thing they pushed to receivers  -- »haywardm.com (Hayward's Key West)
