I'm going to see her this weekend and I'll swap (my iBook) with her so she can finish out the trimester.
In the mean time, I will have her back up her stuff to the flash drive (or what ever they call those things), in addition to the MyBook.
After the swap, I'll bring it to the local store and have them fix it.
