Windstream offers TWO packages that are CHEAPER & FASTER than RR!!!<br>  ADSL2: 12Mbps down<br>         1 Mbps up<br>            &<br>         12Mbps down<br>         768Kbps up<br><br>I'm not saying WS is perfect, but I don't have much if any downtime. I recently moved from TWC to WS because we needed a static IP(no BIZ acct), faster upload, & best of all it's CHEAPER!!!]]></description>
