Ark : Yeah, I had to call in and they just did something in a minute or two, and it was fixed. I think it was a problem with an update that was pushed out to the receivers recently. I have the Top 100 + HD + DVR (ViP622) and I noticed some changes today as well like an option to have the Guide button bring up a menu with a list of your favorites instead of cycling through them one by one with each press.

Ark : Yesterday, I had Discovery HD on channel 182 (I had two 182's, normal and HD). Today I only see a single 182 and it is not the HD one. Channel 9487 (The actual location of Discovery HD) shows up as red, and I can't select it (This is a subscription channel which has not been purchased). What is going on?

(I'm not talking about Disocvery HD Theater, channel 9421 either, I still get that just fine)
