As A Charter Tech, I would say you have some signal issues in your home set up a service call you will find that the Digital signals are low. Have the tech fix the issue... Good Luck. |

| Thanks for the note. Just curious--how would signals suddenly get low? The line was freshly dropped and buried in October when we moved in (the original home owners had satellite) and nothing's been tampered without outside that I can tell (box is locked, etc.)
I'm only asking because I like to be prepared when the tech comes; having good questions to ask and some idea of the range of reasonable answers has helped me in the past. |
