I brought up the whole issue of what Bell and Rogers have been up to with regards to throttling for which he knew absolutely nothing about prior to me bringing it up to him. Needless to say he was concerned by what I had explained to him with regards to the DPI and how the ISP's were deciding what traffic took priority. On top of that his son works in IT so he has been in contact with him as well to further help him understand the situation and what has been going on.
