Hello, how can I find out how much I have downloaded and uploaded this month in total? I need this badly please. |

Enter your Cogeco email address and password, given when the service was installed.
"Bandwidth Usage" is the second option down on the left.
That'll give you a pretty good idea of upload and download used. |

The email part is your Cogeco email address, not sure if it's the primary one or not and the password is your primary account password... |

Can I call even if I'm not the original customer, since my family don't want to call but I'm willing. I'm the oldest Son.
I have most of the Cogeco bills right here but not under my name. |

You can call in, but will have to have the account holder to add you as an authorized user to be able to get any info or make changes |

The account holder would also have to specifically state if this is a one-time thing or an all-the-time thing. So, for example, parents can authorize their kids, wife can authorize husband, husband can authorize wife, someone can authorize PC tech for one-time call, etc. I realize it's a bit of a pain but it's really for your security.
