| Go to »https://selfcare.cogeco.com/
Enter your Cogeco email address and password, given when the service was installed.
"Bandwidth Usage" is the second option down on the left.
That'll give you a pretty good idea of upload and download used. |

| reply to darkmage87 Can I call even if I'm not the original customer, since my family don't want to call but I'm willing. I'm the oldest Son.
I have most of the Cogeco bills right here but not under my name. |

| said by Exodus_ :You can call in, but will have to have the account holder to add you as an authorized user to be able to get any info or make changes To clarify, the account holder would have to call in, verify identity and they specifically state that they want to add you as someone that is authorized to speak on their behalf. The account holder would also have to specifically state if this is a one-time thing or an all-the-time thing. So, for example, parents can authorize their kids, wife can authorize husband, husband can authorize wife, someone can authorize PC tech for one-time call, etc. I realize it's a bit of a pain but it's really for your security. -- you can lead a horse to the water but you cannot make him drink...you can put a man through school but you cannot make him think --ben harper
