| [CATV] NBC HD Audio Sync Issues - Chicago
Hi All,
I just recently started having audio sync issues on NBC HD only. The regular NBC has the audio synced up perfectly, but NBC HD is off by about a second.
I have noticed this for the past 2 Thursdays at least, but am not sure of when it happens besides Thursdays since thats the only time I watch NBC.
Please fix this, it makes watching NBC HD impossible. The audio sync is off on both live broadcast and when I watch something on the DVR for that channel.
Anyone else notice this issue? |

I will look into this, can you send me your converter box serial numbers so I can track this down more..
sounds like we are passing through out of sync audio, but I will check more.. |

if theres any more information you need, please let me know where to find it on the box. I searched all over for serial numbers and whatnot, but this is all I found. |
