| The MPAA can crow all they want, claiming victory, but I seriously doubt the operators of TorrentSpy had anywhere even close to the $110 million judgement levelled against them.
Getting any money out of them is going to be like trying to squeeze blood out of a turnip (yes I know that analogy is cliched and overused, but it fits here). -- "The trouble with computers, of course, is that they are very sophisticated idiots." - Doctor Who (from Robot)

And why bother since the site has shutdown already and clearly doesnt have the money to pay the judgement against them? The MPAA probably knows they won't see a dime. They wanted to "send a message".
Lawyers? Who knows, maybe pro bono?
"This substantial money judgment sends a strong message about the illegality of these sites," MPAA chairman and CEO Dan Glickman said. "The demise of TorrentSpy is a clear victory for the studios."
Whether the MPAA will collect the $110 million from TorrentSpy remains to be seen. Court records show that Valence and TorrentSpy principles Justin Bunnell and Wes Parker have filed for bankruptcy. -- 11,053 DEADLY TERROR ATTACKS SINCE 9/11~~TEAM DISCOVERY Can't feel you anymore, don't need you anymore, don't believe you anymore, I don't need you anymore
