verizon tried this with wifi hot spots on top of payphones and it did not work out. why does cv think it will?

It will work because the network is already up and running. I know because i have used it when i am at starbucks in huntington village during lunch. The ssid is optimumwifi. (its fnny because this starbucks has their own pay wireless lol)

All cablevision is doing is expanding their wireless network to include more areas.
