| Strange Unresolved Download Problem...
I have a problem that been going on for about 2 weeks now. I can connect, but I can't download anything larger than about 2M before the download stops. I've called tech support a few times about this, and I thought it had been resolved, but now it started up again. It's not the computer, because it's happening on both my direct and wireless connections. |

Winnetka, CA | What did you think resolved it the first time? Where are you trying to download from? Do you have a router in place? If so have you tried to remove the router and connect directly to the DSL modem? |
