Plenty of programs that might do one thing or the other great (print CD labels for example). You could try iWork and use Pages to layout documents.

I want to make a picture with graphics and neat lettering to print on iron-on paper to put on a t-shirt. I guess it doesn't matter which program will do it, however, it's just a one time thing and I don't want to pay for it if I can help it. -- I wish qwest would die! I want FIOS!
