I made the mistake of putting in my name and phone number instead of my dad's, so she said she couldn't tell my anything about this. Doesn't make sense because it was just a general question, but anyway. Afterwards I noticed that our internet speeds have returned to normal...actually better than normal. Perhaps she had someone look at it anyway? :)

Recently our download speed has dramatically dropped, and I couldn't figure out why until someone elsewhere mentioned their's being capped (another ISP).
