Have registered the product via the email sent, am registered for the site, etc.
It just won't download at all. No download anything shows up like a normal download procedure,etc. Not even a warning on top re 'do you trust this site, click here for Options', etc.

Thanks to both of you now i have 7.0, 8.0 and version 9.
Registered they sent me and email with a link clicked on it,then they send you another email with your key and then logged into my Acronis account and downloaded version 8.0 from within "List of your registered products" and i was done.
Edit: Once you register for the ATI v8 key and you get the emails you automatically have an account at the Acronis website all you will have to do is login to get the download link.

And I just went through the process about 5 minutes ago. (I also received my emails almost immediately).
Sorry, not too sure what's going on with you folks having problems. (Other than what's already been mentioned)
By the way, this is the same Version that I bought retail a long time ago.
In fact, I'm still using it (v8 build 937...the last build available for v8).
Has always been extremely reliable.
I figured, what the heck, a spare Key can't hurt.
***It should be noted that v8 is not Vista compatible***
(But it sure works great on my XP machines).

Odd that some are having difficulty with this.
Process worked fine for me , used Gmail for e-mail and Opera for browser.
Pretty much instantly approved here, as soon as I clicked the confirmation link, Gmail received notification mail to visit registered programs page with download link.

I was successful with my Hotmail account. (Already had my other version registered with Gmail, so figured I'd use a different one).
Point being, that's two different accounts that both work. (Just to let you guys know).
