The tech from RR came while I was not here.

He changed the cable/internet splitter in my home run closet.

Consistently I get excellent upload and download speeds in the early AM.

However, in the PM, my upload speed becomes extremely slow (0-200 kbps).

I have another tech coming on Saturday.

Any ideas from the forum? Could my neighbors be saturating the upload connection for my neighborhood?

That's a good possibility since it is happening at night...

Well, the download is pretty good though, considering how much the upload craps out at night. Looks like you might have some BitTorrent users near you who forget to stop seeding their files :P
