[TWC] Albany red network status for days

I haven't been able to find out anything about this. Does anyone know why this keeps happening without the bs? It seems I'm subjected to constant sync losses every day since this has shown as red and TWC can't even get the story straight for the customer. All I get is silly fairy tales(like our signal numbers are different kind from those in your modem config) and techs getting sent(they really insist) that only tell me the red network status pertains to my node, but they never know a cause and an ETA to fix. The phone techs still insist on checking my line and equipment, even this morning after all that. They always tell me over the phone that I have a very bad signal, but my tests and the tests of the tech that arrives(and checks it anyways to satisfy them, even though we both know it's not the issue) always disagree with what I was told over the phone. Seems TWC has some secret network issue where an ETA to fix is classified info. This is horrible. If anyone(even from TWC) knows anything, please let me know. Thank you.
