| They will be good....but wait till your first support call
TW was fast and stable...then it wasn't and hasn't been fast or stable for 6-8 months. No amount of calls to support 1st, 2nd, 3rd tier gets anything done. Each call into support starts you a ground zero and you have to explain things like it was new.
It is a painful experience! I used to have their "premium" speed service. I dropped it down to the basic cheapo package. I got tired paying big money for crap connections. With all the TCP resets I get I haven't notice that big a speed difference with the lower speed. Well I haven seen a $50 difference in speed!
