<description><![CDATA[<A HREF="/useremail/u/1528270"><b>kdonze</b></A> : TW was fast and stable...then it wasn't and hasn't been fast or stable for 6-8 months. No amount of calls to support 1st, 2nd, 3rd tier gets anything done. Each call into support starts you a ground zero and you have to explain things like it was new.<br><br>It is a painful experience! I used to have their "premium" speed service. I dropped it down to the basic cheapo package. I got tired paying big money for crap connections. With all the TCP resets I get I haven't notice that big a speed difference with the lower speed. Well I haven seen a $50 difference in speed!<br><br>Love what you have now....it will soon change.]]></description>
