[DIRECTV] Versus HD signal on ch 604 has some issues

OK experts, here's one for you. I am watching the STARS- RED WINGS game last night on ch 604 Versus HD on my HD DVR. The picture is good then about every 30 seconds, I get streaking/pixelization. So after the STARS game is over, I start watching the golf from TPC Sawgrass on the same ch 604 but instead the feed is now from the GOLF channel. I don't get that pixelization/streaking anymore. So is the Versus feed just bad or is there some issue with the HD DVR?

I have had a similar experience with VS and the HD hockey feed - then the damn golf is fine - this on Comcast - so maybe it IS the hockey HD feed. I love watching hockey in HD, but a few times it has been bad enough I couldn't stand it and had to watch it on Versus' analog feed.

Thanks Shezams. I've been going crazy trying to get someone from DirecTV to research this issue. I felt like it is not on my end.

With the transition to digital overall what makes you think it was analog? VS SD digital even if delivered to you that way?

Plain fact is especially SD you can fit digitallly 4 channels in the space of one analog channel... net work is not delivering to customer... likely analog delivered or not pretty much all networks are digitally delivering to Cable/Sat providers, that may still be providing to end user in analog. I know in certain cases fr fact as I have seen digital BROADCAST not TAPE distortion/failure on analog provided channels.
