Stewart : NAT IP should be your public IP (WAN IP of your router). However, I don't think that's your current problem. Does the second INVITE have an Authorization: header with a nonce tag that matches the nonce in the authenticate header of the first 407? If so, your phone is doing the right thing but the credentials are wrong (or QV doesn't have your account set up correctly). Make sure that Auth User ID is your 10-digit QV number and Auth User Password is the password you got from QV. It's possible that QV will reject the INVITE if you're not registered. Are REGISTER requests going out? Proper response? If still no luck, post screenshots of your config (mask personal info).

Stewart : You may want to try Internet Connection Sharing instead of Bridging. That's because most recent wireless NICs don't support promiscuous mode, so unicast packets addressed to the Polycom's MAC address won't be received. If you have a USB or Cardbus Ethernet that you can plug into the laptop, that is another way to avoid the problem. For a sanity check, plug another PC or known working device into the laptop and verify that it can access the Internet and have its traffic logged as expected. (You will need a crossover cable unless at least one end is auto MDI/MDX; gigabit NICs usually are.)

If the above is not your situation:

Is the Address under Line 1, Server 1 a name or a numeric IP address.
