The whole redlining BS is nothing more than a catch phrase spewed by a portion of this site's visitors/members. That poster probably doesnt even know what it means, and simply heard people talking about it so he decided to repeat it. It has been shown time and time again that no redlining has gone on with regards to FIOS, as many of the lower income areas were/are the first served in their markets. This has gotten to the point that even some of the people who historically disagree about everything are coming down on people who keep perpetuating the redlining conspiracy. -- Весна прибыла
