<description><![CDATA[<A HREF="/useremail/u/1118186"><b>cypherstream</b></A> : That could be anything...<br><br>If the cables straight to your TV and your viewing analog... it still really could be ANYTHING man.<br><br>The local hub could of lost link to the closest comcast media center for your region, or lost sat link, ip connectivity (video is routed multicast ip over fiber to hub, then its mixed in as RF).  <br><br>Since the local hub gets the digital video, sometimes when a digital video link fails, you just get frozen images.  ]]></description>

<description><![CDATA[<A HREF="/useremail/u/1548318"><b>BSD24</b></A> : If it happens again, you should check for loose cables.  Primarily the most concerned connections should be the cable line that comes thru the floor/wall and connects to either a splitter or directly to the cable box.  <br><br>Since cable systems are considered "Closed Circuit" it means nothing should be able to interfere with the cable signals running thru the cable lines from beginning of the cable line to the end.  Same goes for signals leaking out of the cable system.  if there is interference that is really bad - digital hates any interference - it can distort parts of the picture and sound all the way to severe cases where you lose picture on some or all channels or have issues with video on demand.  ]]></description>
