| Upgraded to Elite - Question on $20 cash back and Speed?
Yesterday I submitted at ATT.com a request to upgrade, from Pro to Elite. I'm already getting 5 down now, versus 3 before. Will it go up even more, does it ramp, or does Elite give you the full speed immediately?
Finally, when I upgraded, it said I would get $20 cash back. How do I get that? Do I have to send something in? Does it come off my bill, do they mail me something?

| No, there's no ramp on Elite. Your speed test at »helpme.att.net/dsl/speedtest/ should be 5.0-5.1Mbps down so it sounds like you're right where you should be.
As far as the cash back, I don't think we've seen any comments on it in the forum but I'd take a stab and say they'd credit the bill automatically. Hopefully someone more familiar with the exact process will pop in here. |
