As far as the cash back, I don't think we've seen any comments on it in the forum but I'd take a stab and say they'd credit the bill automatically. I'm already getting 5 down now, versus 3 before. Will it go up even more, does it ramp, or does Elite give you the full speed immediately?

Finally, when I upgraded, it said I would get $20 cash back. How do I get that? Do I have to send something in? Does it come off my bill, do they mail me something?
