Telecom business in Mexico

Guys , i was reading some topics and found them very interesting . In short words , I got the license about a year ago in Mexico . There is only 10 licences been given in whole country . It gives you the legal right to provide LD national and international services in Mexico and legally resale the LG minutes . One of the companies who have the same license is Ecofon i will post some links . I'm walking out of telecom business and may be interested to sell the company /license which is valid for 10 years . I'm looking for potential , serious buyer..if anyone interested pls let me know.
