That upstream power is really low is it not? Should be near 40? Just seeing if I am on the right track so far.
What is happening is my connection just goes completely dead every few minutes and stays that way until I reboot the modem. Web pages or cox email time out immediately as if my network cable was unplugged, but the lights on the modem remain on like normal. |
