| very frustrated
Can somebody PLEASE help me. I purchased a new laptop and cannot figure out how to connect wirelessly. I have high speed with sympatico and am using their speedstream 6520 modem with wireless capabilities. I have a wired desktop connected to the modem as well. Can somebody give me step by step instructions. I can get into the router, but my WLAN will not connect. (It is enabled). This is very frustrating, I would greatly appreciate some simple intructions. Any help would be appreciated.

After setting up the wireless settings of the modem, make sure that the wireless switch on your laptop is on so that it will receive wireless signal. Once it detects the name of your wireless network, connect to it and enter the security key, if you have any, if none then just click on connect anyway. |
