Ingredients list for any interested:
2 lbs - Ground pork
1 bunch - Chopped scallions
1 bunch - chopped parsley
1 smidgeon - Chopped ginger
2 smidgeons - Chopped carrots
1 tbsp- Low sodium soy sauce
1 tsp - cornstarch
1 egg lightly beaten
1 tsp - Sesame oil
1 pkg - dumpling (or won ton) skins
Take skins apart and dab lil bits of the concoction into it
Pinch to shape..leave the top open slightly
Place in a wok or saucepan with enough water to cover the steamer.
Bring to boil, then lower to simmer,covered for 30 minutes
