I'd begin by asking them how they want to use the image... on how many pages, how often, and for how long. It sounds like they want all rights, in perpetuity, maybe exclusive, maybe not.
Ask how much they expect to pay for this usage. It's probably not as much as you might like but remember they could probably pick up an image of an eagle that's royalty free. Clearly they like your images so maybe there's some room for negotiation. |
