[Other] need help recrimping my network connections

I need to redo some network drops for 1gbps. Right now I have it split 2 pairs for data and 2 for voice. Can anyone post on something on it is supposed to go for 4 for data so I can recrimp my connections. I used to know how to do this but I forgot
