| [Excel] Excel Attachment Will Not Display
A user reported the following (paraphrased):
I get emails in Outlook 2003 every day with Excel 2003 docs attached. One of these spreadsheets is sent every day to myself and four other people. The other four recipients get the email and they can see the attachment, but I cannot.
If I click on Save Attachments in Outlook, I can see the file and I can save it that way. If I send this email to someone else, they get the email and they can see the attachment.
This strangeness only happens with ONE email that I receive daily. All other emails with Excel attachments show the attachments normally. What would cause just ONE email from just ONE sender to not display the attachment JUST on my Outlook email?
The user wants this fixed. I am stumped. Any suggestions?
