| [Other] Can't pay bill online... am I the only one?
I used to pay my bill online each month. Then, when Charter "upgraded" their website it quit accepting online bill payment.
I get the screen. I put my information in, and then get a message saying "Unable to apply payment at this time. One or more exceptions occured during the batch process."
When I sent a message to tech support I got an e-mail back saying,
quote: "You have reached Charter Communications. My name is Lianne. I am sorry to know that you're having issues with your services. I can certainly advise you as to how we can handle this.
First of all, I appreciate the effort in giving out your feedback so we can improve our customer service. We highly value our customers and you are a part in contributing to the success of the company as Charter journeys to help our customers in this field of technology.
Please be informed that your concern will be forwarded to the right department so proper measures will be considered.
Charter Communications has been working to provide better navigation and helpful links to your online account to assist you.
Some of the changes include:
· The ability to see your bill amount, due date and link for Pay Now as soon as you login using your username and password.
· Charter messages that will be used to notify you of pertinent information and helpful links.
I need you to please go to www.charter.net and click Pay Bill.

So, I end up with a form letter telling me that I can pay my bill online at a site that I used to pay my bill at, but no longer can because it is broken and I can't seem to get that across to anyone.
Am I the only one? |
