|  Windows XP SP3 update & EventID 4226
The WindowsXP SP3 update Microsoft recently pushed through
Windows Update changed the number of concurrent half open
TCP connections per second back to 10, so if you use the
EventID 4226 auto-patcher, be sure to run it again.
Also, both the Windows Firewall and Security Center will
have been re-activated as part of the update, so if these
interfere with your p2p use and you are using a third party
firewall, you might want to turn them off.
