ny waterway

is the ny waterway port imperial park and ride lot open 24 hours? i know the ferry stops running from 39th to port imperial at 1 a.m. i was going to head into the city but wouldn't be back until about 3. if i were to take a car service or taxi from 39th back to weehawken can i get my car out of the lot or is it there until the next day?
