[Spam] spammer won't stop

I get tons of email from g04 at d4wt.com, all of it spam. I went to the whois tool and found d4wt.com to be a network solutions site and I sent an email to d4wt.com and network solutions asking them for help but got no reply. I use yahoo mail.

Any ideas on how to get it to stop and how do I find out who this person could be?
