That's what would satisfy me but you have more cash wrapped up in your outfit than I do.
Others, would never grant a perpetual license to an image. I respect that, but I'm certainly no professional.
If $200 would make you happy then I see no reason not to ask for that figure. It seems fair and reasonable to me. You'll have to decide if that means they would have rights to the image forever. Forever, is a long time... So don't forget that.
