<description><![CDATA[<A HREF="/useremail/u/0"><b>anon</b></A> : Hi, I'm in Vancouver.<br><br>I recently upgraded from Telus Enhanced to Extreme plan.<br>When I do a speed test, I usually get over 5 mbit down (6 mbit plan), but tonight I can only seem to get 2.6 mbit down.<br><br>Is anyone else noticing their download rate maxing out at  half the available speed?]]></description>
